FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
Theatre Frisco to Present I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (2018 Version) February 14 – March 1, 2020
This will be DFW’s first time to see the newly revised version of the show.
FRISCO, Texas – January 17, 2020 – Theatre Frisco will present the popular musical comedy I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change (2018 Version) February 14 – March 1, 2020, opening on Valentine’s Day. The show is the second longest running Off-Broadway musical and takes a comical, although sometimes very adult, look at relationships from first date through the love life of the elderly. Theatre Frisco is excited to be the first theater in the area to present the newly revised version of the show.
Four actors make up the cast and each cast member takes on numerous characters in this fast-paced romp. The cast is made up of DFW theater veterans Robin Clayton, Stephanie Felton, Joshua Hawkins and John Wenzel. Director Neale Whitmore says, “It’s such a pleasure working with this group, their voices are amazing. But with a script as funny as this one, there is a lot of laughter and silliness going on during rehearsals.”
Show times are Friday and Saturday night at 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 2:30 pm. Tickets are $25 for adults, $20 for seniors and veterans, and $15 for active duty military, teachers, and students. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office (972-370-2266) or online at theatrefrisco.com.
