Public Relations

My primary goal everyday is to create and maintain a positive public image for my clients through earned media. I make it my mission to know what each and every journalist is looking to cover so that I am able to tailor pitches to each and every person’s needs.

I work tirelessly to build brands through traditional and digital PR. I was able to secure over $1,000,000 worth of publicity for Diner en Blanc Dallas in just three months in 2015 and again in 2016. My PR services include: press release writing and distribution, media list creation, strategy, direct pitching to the media, media training and consultations, prep doc writing to keep everyone on the same page, interview assistance, and campaign reporting.

My PR services are all encompassing. I will work to get your brand/company/event as much positive publicity as possible. The only difference in price is the size of the market. DFW PR is the least expensive, since Dallas is my home market. Multi-city, regional, national, and niche PR campaigns are also available. Though Dallas is my primary focus, I’ve gotten press for clients all over the country and internationally, reaching as far as Africa. Let me know on the contact form what your market is so I can send you a custom quote.

Prices start at $2,000/month. A 20% discount is extended to nonprofit organizations.

Please note: In addition to the monthly cost, national PR has an additional media list service fee.

“I was rusty at being on camera to present my brand, and Kate quickly got me up to speed with pointers, wardrobe ideas, and key phrases. She provides prep docs so I always know where to be and when, and she even writes my interview answers before hand so I have plenty of great material to draw from! Kate is my secret weapon for sounding intelligent. She’s there to provide moral support and practice with me right up until the moment they say “action.” She takes all the stress out of interviews, so I can focus on the message, relax and have fun.” – Karen Raehpour, Diner en Blanc Dallas
