Vintage Tex to Host Halloween Styling Party on Friday the 13th
The free event aims to find guests the perfect Halloween costume!

Grapevine, Texas – September 21, 2017 – Vintage Tex is excited to announce that the store will host a Halloween Styling Party on Friday, October 13, 2017 at its historic downtown Grapevine location (603 S Main St, Ste 300, Grapevine, TX 76051). Guests can expect Halloween costume ideas, hair and make-up tips, Halloween music, and more. Stylists will be on hand to help every guest find the perfect unique Halloween costume.

“Halloween is a huge deal in the vintage community,” explains Vintage Tex owner Jen Cooper. “It’s one of our busiest times of year. We have a ton of people come in to the shop looking for period-specific pieces but we want everyone to know that we have a ton of basics that can easily be turned into Halloween costumes for a fraction of the cost of big-box stores.”

A few vintage Halloween costume ideas are: Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, JFK and Jackie, Gone with the Wind, Betsy Ross, Frida Kahlo, Jane Austen, Medusa and other Greek mythology characters, silent film stars, fortune tellers, scarecrows, dolls, nutcrackers, cowboys, hippies, prom queens, paintings come to life, and more.
